Climatic catastrophes are the most recursive, the most damaging and the most deadly events in the world.
Their unpredictable character makes them what they are, catastrophes. However, on one hand, the actual technologies of scanning environment and of data analysis make the climatic catastrophes more and more predictable. On the other hand, the recursion of these episodes in time gives certain experience and awareness to the local inhabitants, making the climatic catastrophes
something expected.
