After graduating in architecture (1998) from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany, Henriette Bier has worked with Morphosis (1999-01) on internationally relevant projects in the US and Europe. She has taught computational design (2002-03) at universities in Italy, Austria, Germany,Belgium, and the Netherlands. Since 2004 she has been teaching and researching as PhD researcher and later on Assistant and Associate Professor at the Technical University Delft (TUD) with focus on application of robotics in architecture. 2017, she has been appointed Guest Professor at Dessau Institute of Architecture in Germany.
