Sandra Giegler has joined the DIA Office in Februar 2017 as coordinator for media and PR. For over 10 years she has been coordinating  the international Master Program at the design faculty and continues to do so. Sandra Giegler has studied integrated design and teaches design theory since 2006. She handed in her PhD at the Bauhaus-University in Weimar in March 2016. Mrs. Giegler is founding member of the Society for Design History and the Deutscher Werkbund Sachsen-Anhalt where she also acts as the 1st deputy chairman. Sandra Giegler has published articles in ARCH+ and form+zweck. Her research and teaching interest is the field of Material Culture Studies.
