Dear organizers,
Could you please clear the my confusion about the .jpeg images you have asked for boards?
Is it something we have to submit after getting selected among those 20 designers?
Is it something we have to send along with the zip file which already includes two A1 single sided pdf?
or The two pdf’s and the two jpeg images for boards asked are one and the same?

Hello, I was wondering when you mention:
“3. Fulfillment of Functional needs including: (…) c. creating an inviting area for assembly of groups and small lectures around the pavilion itself using new building methods”
Does this mean that besides the pavillion (4*6*3 mts) we can expand and create isolated areas for lectures? do we have to consider a specific measurment or should we consider these areas to be included in the pavillion?
